If you are currently injured, recovering from surgery or illness then we would also recommend a private session first with one of our physiotherapists. This will allow us to determine if you are eligible for classes, and come up with a plan to get you there.
If you are a beginner and prefer the idea of a group class, then our BASE class is the right option for you.
And if you're not sure, give us a call or pop in for a chat!
