Caroline brings enthusiasm to her Reformer Pilates classes at Four. Her background in movement disciplines such as competitive horseback riding, figure skating, and running fuels her passion for creating a welcoming environment where everyone can discover the benefits of movement.

Having completed her Pilates training in New Zealand, Caroline recently deepened her knowledge with the Polestar Pilates Reformer course (2024). She's also a certified Yoga teacher (YTT, 2016), bringing a holistic approach that integrates movement and mindful practice.

Caroline's love for Reformer Pilates stems from its ability to cater to individual needs within a group setting. The Reformer's versatility empowers her to challenge your strengths, support limitations, and ultimately help you achieve a deeper connection with your body. She's passionate about the functional nature of the movements and how Reformer Pilates helps you feel your best.
