Lizzie Clarke
Physiotherapist
Lizzie is one of Four’s musculoskeletal physiotherapists and clinical Pilates instructors. She graduated from AUT University in 2018, and has since enjoyed working in busy private practices throughout Auckland, and now we are lucky enough to have her in Christchurch.
Lizzie’s main childhood passion was dance, and she went on to train to a pre-professional level in Classical Ballet at the NZ School of Dance. She uses her dance history, and physiotherapy knowledge daily to help to support her patients. She believes that both manual therapy and exercise based rehabilitation are as important as one another when it comes to recovery. Lizzie is trained in dry needling, and has a special interest in post-operative rehabilitation, as well as pilates-based strengthening.
In her spare time, Lizzie enjoys reformer Pilates, ballroom and Latin dance classes. She moved to Christchurch in 2023 and is loving living by the beach!
