Christopher Dryden
Elite Marathon Runner
Chris is an elite marathon and road runner based in Christchurch. He runs insanely fast and has some awesome achievements under his belt, including winning the 2025 Oceania Marathon Championships, placing third in the 2024 Melbourne Marathon, representing NZ at the 2018 World Juniors as well as the 2023 World Half Marathon Championships. He also has many podium finishers to his name for domestic half marathons.
Chris enjoys coming to Four to work on those 1%ers that will help him to push to the next level. His top piece of advice for injury prevention is to prioritise recovery, and to "always listen to your physio!".
