Olivia Holland
Reformer Pilates Teacher
Olivia is one of our reformer Pilates teachers at Four. She is highly experienced in teaching Pilates and has experience working in some of the leading Pilates studios across London. She completed her BASI training in the UK, which included the Global Comprehensive Course, as well as the Injuries and Pathologies Course.
Olivia is a former professional ballet dancer and trained at the Royal Ballet School in London. She danced professionally with the Royal Ballet of Flanders and Northern Ballet, before travelling to New Zealand from the UK in 2015 to embark on a new chapter beyond her dancing career.
Olivia has over 8 years in the teaching field and is also a qualified ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance after completing the Professional Dancer’s Postgraduate Teaching Certificate in Sydney.
She has recently made the move down to Christchurch and we are very lucky to have her in the studio working with our clients.
