Anna is one of our Women’s Health physiotherapists here at Four. She is trained in the assessment and management of all women’s health and pelvic floor concerns, including pregnancy and postnatal pelvic health. After graduating from AUT in 2012 Anna went on to work in both private clinics and large-scale hospitals in New Zealand and overseas.
She is also an AACP Acupuncturist, Bradcliff Breathing Practitioner, and APPI Pilates Instructor, and is currently completing post-graduate study with Otago University.
Anna has a strong interest in back pain alongside pelvic health, and enjoys being able to understand and help her clients make meaningful progress to live happier and healthier lives, enabling people to take on all of life’s challenges. In her spare time Anna enjoys trail running, rock climbing and tramping with her husband Henry and little girl Millie.
